I nailed a lot of the quad dominant stuff on the first week as well as some core and the lower leg stuff. Nordics and garhammers are killing me lol!

Came to post that. Crazy.

I think people are crazy btw. Everyone is saying that he jumps higher in his dunk sessions...well, (IMO) YEA! When jumping to a vertec you only get half an arm swing. The downward motion definitely helps "propel" me. And he's probably more hype to dunk lol

Nice! It's really helped my knees! Haven't noticed much very maximal gains but I have found some SL bounce again (then again I've been training for a minute now. Lol)

I think the biggest benefit of the program is getting knees and ankles healthy and allowing you to jump at a more consistent level. That's been my experience so far. I haven't trained consistently the last 3 months though so looking forward to getting back to my previous level.

I will be interested to see where it takes you though Chris given your already high level of vert.

I think it should at the least balance my jumping (improving other plants). If it adds inches I'm STOKED for that but it's been a blessing for my knees already so worth every penny IMO.

LT3976, I still do some jumps in my warmups altho volume is way down. I'd LIKE to get some real jump sessions in but life is hectic currently. As long as your approach is solid in regards to not overdoing the jumping and quality>quantity I think you should be able to have a few jump days.

SVJ now a solid 36"! Eagerly awaiting a rested dunk session for a RVJ test although my movement efficiency is probably down lol

Oof. Kingfish is a monster. I am but a peasant in comparison!

Slow week of training due to cramming all my hours into a few days at work to get a small 3 day getaway in. No real "progression" just continuing to try and get stronger/more stable in all ROMs/positionsand maintain some springiness. So, here's a vid from after Tuesdays sesh. I find depth jumps are usually a good "bounce check" for me since I haven't had time to get a a real dunk/jump season in FOREVERRRRRR (yes I'm having withdrawals).

Oh AD is for sure more talented than CB (or KLove for that matter). Historically Brons game hasn't matched well with in inside out PF (talking about production/efficiency for said PF), but AD is more versatile than CB or love. I agree if they get Kemba that's a loaded squad for sure even with an aging LeBron.

Makes you kind of wonder a big what if tho. Say KD doesn't get hurt and sees this love go down (before the trade/signing period is actually open). Everyone had basically said he was gone from GSW but with that kind of Lakers squad he may well have realized 'damn, they're stacked, I better stay' lol

Off season crazy already lol!

I was wrong on the 3 team deal. 😅

Adding Kemba would be...oof. Curious to see if older LeBron takes a back seat to AD or makes him CBosh v2.0.

I think any AD to the Lakers trade will be a 3 team deal. I understand the Lakers have the leverage considering ADs known want to play there but LAs refusal to add Kuz to the deal seems like a breaker.

I said last year any superstar to the Clips makes them incredibly dangerous. That squad to me is one go to guy away from making noise. Good team D all around. Strong on the boards. Versatile on the perimeter. Great bench led by a legit 6th man in Lou. All they need is a crunch time guy. The rest of the squad plays their roles exceptionally well.

I really like Richardson. (Not just because he went to a local college lol) Dude shoots, plays D, and is sneaky athletic. I was glad to see him get burn in Miami

Also! Forget I did a squat check last Friday after my lifts! Was pleasantly surprised since I have barely squatted at all and nothing heavy in a damn minute. Bar x a few to grease the groove as it were then 135x3, 225x2, 315x1 and this 365 single. I feel like I definitely had more but was quite happy to maintain this as easily as it felt, especially with no belt/knee sleeves/Oly shoes!

Thanks Andrew! I swear I don't look that big in person! I feel small in the gym and just normal in public until I see a pic of me next to someone 😂

First props to Toronto.

But now, I don't see how everyone is counting the warriors out next year. They were literally RIGHT THERE with a completely hobbled roster (even Steph is battling finger issues). So they lose Durant in FA. That opens up money to sign some bench depth and re sign Boogie, who should come back healthier. Wtih Steph and Klay there this team is dangerous just from their spacing and unselfishness. They may not win the chip next year but I won't be surprised a bit if they're right there in the WCF or Finals and scaring teams lol

Still grinding along. New workouts seem to be helping! Knee feels great, flexibility seems improved as well. Vid below of Sundays SVJ check at ~194lbs. 30" platform +7" of plates. Was happy with the result post workout! I tried some RVJ off both plants earlier in the session but forgot to film. My "non natural" LR seems to be about 42" and the normal RL is hovering at 44". Both off a shortened run up and turf which feels weird lol! Can't wait for work to slow up some and try some dunk sessions!
