When I say stronger, I literally mean stronger. Meaning I want to push people around not get pushed around! Does that make sense?
I have a bench here at home with a squat rack on it and over 300lbs in weights.

Will do. Another question, when they say squats and dead lifts decrease you vert. Do they mean until your legs recover? Last question, how good are your dunks, are they consistent, two handed, clean, etc...?

I don't know if you know this, but I've been lifting weights for about a month now. I've done core and legs for about three months now and I'm pretty skinny, I went from 136lbs to 124lbs which is really under weight at 6'0" and I play basketball. So I dnt think I have much body fat. You should see my six pack! And my arms have gotten bigger and cut. But there still an extra small. I don't ithnk I have much body fat, fast-food or not, I think I may need some extra fat?

I've done the p90x plyometrics twice. I didn't put the rest of what ate in you can view it now. But I think I'll try p90x for the rest of my body.

Vag you seem to be a pro at the vjtraining. Is it possible to take a young lady like myself under your wings and help me gain inches. You can check out my journal and let me know something. We have the same reach in height in shoe. I can give you some more detail if your interested in helping me.

Can someone give me a detailed workout plan, that's had proven results. Can it be broken down into which days of the week reps and set etc... I would greatly appreciate it.

I do notice when I workout and my hands are a little sweaty I can grip the ball better. Good point.

104
My hand are 8". What are some ways to increase your hand strength. And I don't think my hands are too small (they maybe) but just weak.

I can't palm the ball good enough to where it stays in my hand in the air. which causes me do what my husband calls "high layup dunks" where the ball slips out my hand but still goes in and I grab rim. I can palm a mens ball when I'm just standing or walking around but no bouncing or running.
