All I've heard is that it's dangerous :( sorry if I'm ruining this for you, but I just thought I should let you know that's what I've heard. I could be wrong, so keep researching and listen to the guys who really know what they're talking about, but that's what I've heard.

That's one of the reviews I've read that have given bad results.

However, I'll restate, I could be wrong. This review could be BS, but I'd be careful and do your research first.

yeah i've done the research on it...it's dangerous in high doses and like anything you need to listen to your body...over doing(even if it's not a high dose)can be dangerous if you react badly to it...it's like taking a lot of caffine...which you are in fact doing hahaha...it can make you jittery and stuff...pretty much the same as caffine...the real problem comes in taking more than you should and not working your way up to a higher dose which is 24 mg max and 200mg caffine with aspirin once with your first dose for the day

i'm semi-affraid i'm gunna get flamed for this but oh well...ephedrine caffine and aspirin...whos done the ECA stck and what were your thoughts?

i've found it pretty effective for cutting weight and keeping energy and strength up...really helps curb appetite also

raptor just do what adarq says man...it's simple and probably effective which is what just about everyone needs...stop over thinking it my romanian friend and go for basics

hey all, i'm Dirk...some of you might recall me from TVS...i'm a lot more of a lurker than a poster but i might occasionally grace you all with my comments haha...i plan on starting a journal and getting some awesome feed back from everyone when i get a chance

few things about me...i'm awful at spelling and punctuation so don't expect too many comas etc.

i'm a raging capitalist pig libertarian who digs economics

i'm 23 years old 6 feet tall 205 pounds and am fairly out of shape...i'd like to get back down to about 170-180ish

oh and i'm one of those guys who knows plenty of lifting theory but seems to over analyize/get discouraged/all mixed up when it comes to actually implementing an exercise plan...so i'm sure i'm gunna need lots of help!

i play basketball so pretty much my goal is to get back into good shape and throw down dunks!

thanks in advance for all the help i know i'm gunna get
