4-18-11

Got lucky tonight, one of the gyms was empty, nice surface too, the last one I went to was so slippery I had 0 traction.

-a few short sprints, some submax pogos, line hops, rvj's.

        - rvj's were the best they've been in a while, maybe just because the floor was better idk but I was getting ~1" over the rim, felt pretty good.

squat warmup: 135x5 185x3 225x1 275x1

squat: 295x5 295x5 300x5- nice

bss: 175x5e 175x5e 185x7e

nice pr's on squat and bss

4-10-11

sprints, rvj's, line hops, 3x8 depth drops

squat warmup

squat: 300x3- stopped workout

4-13-11

sprints, rvj's, line hops

squat warmup

squat: 295x5- barely 285x5 275x5

bss: 125x20e

last two workouts have sucked, was planning on being able to get at least 295x3x5 or 300x3x5 after doing 285x8 on 3rd set last week. This usually happens to me every once in a while but I eventually rebound.

philray is natty. He has progress pics of himself since he started lifting... looks natty, no huge jumps. He's also the oldest and has been working out the longest.

Babo claims he's natty. Skeptical though because he blew up just like zyzz/chestbrah in the same time period and they are open about using gear. Babo says his grandpa or something was some successful bodybuilder or something though so he claims he has very good genetics.

Manlets ftw

None of them are natty. And all of them "look natty". None of them have impressive physiques that you couldn't get naturally.

can we have a rule on this forum to never use the term "natty" again? just such a bro douche bag thing to say

x2

:)

nice job man. I take it you are going for the world record? What other plans do you have with weightlifting?

Most, if not all of those guys use keto to cut. Granted, some of them are on gear, they still use keto to get them shredded.

inb4 flamed for pic

I've never done keto myself but I did do carb tapering throughout the day and that worked pretty well for me, wasn't very strict either.

They are all on steroids; test prop, tren, and clen being their drugs of choice.

I thought up some ideas on how to be smart with financing before (even with an okay job and after cutting costs) and it was an awesome idea, but I forgot it. But another idea was: im the superintendent of my building so I don't pay rent. The best thing I can do is buy an apartment (2 bedroom for like $35,000) from a government owned building, then once it goes private, rent that out for like $10,000 a month while I stay home and collect bank. Or sell it for close to $800,000. My friend just recently did that, except he wasn't a super so he just chose to live in the new, soon-to-be $800,000 worth apartment for only $35,000. THAT'S A STEAL. It woulda been worth like $350,000 but he spent $100,000 to renovate it, and that makes it's worth skyrocket, especially after the building is owned by a private contractor and not a government anymore.

Are you aware that there are people in this world that have a severe medical condition which causes them to be that way? My mother for instance is one of those people. She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either. Oh well I am not one of those people I am 6'4" 245lbs and I exercise every day. I would love to see you say something like to my mother in front of me. Probably never happen though you are probably just an internet tough guy. I doubt very seriously you would say that to someones face. Just my thought. What do you think. Oh I am sorry you probably do not have a brain. I on the other hand will be happy to buy you a plane ticket to come here and see if you have the nerve to say that to someone I know.

I'm so confused...

The problem is you're focusing on the things in life that don't really matter. When I was a kid I had hopes and dreams. We all did. But over time, the daily grind gets in the way and you miss the things that really matter, even though they are right in front of you, staring you in the face. I think the next time you should ask yourself "Am I on the right track here?". I don't mean to be rude but people like you I really pity. So maybe you could use the few brain cells you have and take advantage of the knowledge I have given you now. Good luck.
