Crazy Weird Analysis & Stuff :) / Resting Heart Rate

Im curious. Whats everyones resting heart rate? Best measured before getting out of bed in the morning if possible. Or after a good long rest lying down.

Thank you.

Im a leftover from TVS. When Adarqui posted that his site was up, I was to daft to get that that meant a new training forum.

I do track and field throws and Andrew has been a big help in my physical training, especially when I stopped following my coaches guidance and started making my own programs. Ive improved alot and Im still getting better. And there is still a long way to go.  ;D
