yo ill pm you the programs for free, i got em for free

1) limit the repetitions to five and fewer;
2) increase the rest intervals between sets to a duration of three to five minutes;
3) limit the number of sets to two;
4) pause and relax between reps;
5) do not practice a lift more than five times a week.

What do you guys think? he explains each point individually so ill update that info if you guys want.

Introduce Yourself / Hi guys trying to get faster and jump higher

hey guys my goals are to get faster and stronger and jump higher and lower bodyfat. i know the first thing is to build a foundation. all you guys are more knowledgable than me so i will be visiting regulary and try getting a journal as quick as possible. thanks again.
