- 5 with 165 <-- better than yesterday for sure

pullups/pushups - 1 set failure each

i remember i ordered the program and checked it out...it seemed like they took ACs program and modified it but made it shitty IMO..i did it for a couple weeks and decided it wasnt worth it..but for other people it will work since everyone is different

Which program are you referring to of ACs? How did they make it shitty?  What made you decide it wasn't worth it?

i remember reading in an article or post somewhere u wrote that u have figured out and know now exactly what you need to do to increase ur vert, like exactly what works for you individually.  Just wondering what that was

Also i'm looking into buying some fitness books, u got any that u think are must reads whether it's about anatomy, kinesiology, sports training, stretching,  or whatever

figure i'll put a post on my experience with vertfreak so far

i'm starting wk 6 in a few days, the explosive/speed phase

phase 1 was strength/overtraining

got a trap bar deadlift PR 305, didn't check previous max in a while but i would say mid 200's
PR bench  from 195 got, 205

no significant change in vert though so far but maybe that will start coming in the weeks to come
so far maybe about an inch gained

will post again when i get closer to finishing or finsh
