Since i am doing the flying 30m i decided to change it. instead of trying to maintain it i will try and accelerate at upright position. I am able to do this ability, as when i am racing someone and he is as quick as me and he has a head start. it would be logical that the distance between us will remain the same, but i am able to accelerate to catch up.

I have seen the sprinters do this like usain bolt he reaches top speed and he is in line with the others but then he is able to accelerate at upright position which helps him pass his competition.

He was able to beat pacquiao, after pacquiao had learned from his previous 2 ko's, those 2 kos were when he was new then he started learning and getting better.

until he was dominating, then he had a chance against the mexican legend and that time erik morales thrashed him, he was faster then him and more clever in using combos but it was a great performance from pacquiao.

it was at that time morales defeated the rising and dominating start pacquiao, which after pacquiao had a chance after ending up in his favour.

pacquiao's 2 losses was when he was starting and after that he had an unbeaten streak from then on and after defeating barerra at that time when he was good, after morales defeated him.

so that is how he will be remembered as the one that defeated pacquiao.

Hi

I am training for the 100m and know the basic procedures i think. From the Starting Line you hold your breath and you explode outwards swinging arm vigorously and reaching as far as possible not intentionally of course but naturally. but not too ahead but at the centre of mass. keeping body at an angle with high knee for about 30m before rising head up breathing for every single arm swing. Then be straight upright and run as fast as possible some can even accelerate at this point i.e. usain bolt.

but when it comes to 200m how does this differ would you be in an upright position from 40m to 100m?

also it says to keep body at an angle at the start but looking at the professional sprinters it looks as if their upper body is at an angle the lower body is upright. looks strange.

thats it.... for now  :P until i can think of more

This is exaggeration by far. Its like the fortune tellers they mix 1 bit truth with a 1000 lies. So they believe everything is true. But this mind blowing, its not impossible to get from 10.2 to 9.7 without drugs.

What a fight

I was rooting for morales even though he had the disadvantage. Even though he is past his prime he has some good shots but no way better then his prime, man he was fast back then  :o.

I was love watching morales fight and this fight against danny garcia was a good fight, he was able to give him a bloodied face with bruises.

hats off to him. He will always be remembered as the one that beat pacquiao even though pacquiao was able to get avengance.

the undercard was not that bad, strange how they stopped the fight.

oh well i was hoping for kirkland to win coz that other guy just grabs him and you can't push.

a good ppv overall with the morales fight being the highlight of that night.

Hi

I have been using a small skipping rope, which causes me to lean a bit forward so i don't get hit with the rope. Until i decided to get a new rope, homemade, using spare copper strand, three wires, the same ones used for plugs, to do my skipping, they are right size and weighty as well.

so all n all its good.

today was stressfull, i was doing my workout until i had one more to do, run without vest, and some people decided to stick around the same area, preventing me from training, they literally stayed, there.
really was annoying
 :pissed:.

then my whole day following that became stressful , but i just have to put it behind and carry on.
i am making good progress so no need to be down.
just stay motivated and look ahead.

i don't think it was false start. as soon as the gun fired, he exploded out then after the other reacted later.
he is fast and explosive.

A very good fight from martinez he was excellent.

During the first few round up to round 6. I was not seeing much i was kinda sleepy and hoping for something to happen, it looked as if martinez might be slowing down, tiring, or maybe its his age i don't know.

but until round 7, macklin thought he knocked him down, when looking at the replay his knees were playing role to trip so when he hits he trips but only gloves touched.

macklin was ahead round 4 to 7 then martinez had to play catch up, which he was able to.
but during 8 and onwards it started to pick up.

until round 11, he knocked macklin on to his ass and then a few seconds later again back on his ass.  :headbang:
that is the martinez we remember, his speed, manouver especially power punches.

excellent fight and ended as he wanted with a KO/TKO i guess KO is just as good as a TKO

Boxing / mayweather steals painting, true or false???
« on: March 06, 2012, 07:51:43 pm »
Since mayweather nearly due for his imprisonment in june, is he stupid enough to make it worse on himself so much that he could end up in the state prison. im guessing this is the one where there are alot of criminals all in one place, drugs, so and so.

Training Update:

I wouldn't call it laziness just less motivated, when this happens i start warm up and the rest follows.

Feeling Average not tired or not overly active.

Felt good at todays training.
Was able to just about get 60 lateral line hops in 10.something sec 2 legs and was able to do get 60 jumps with one leg in 10s just about.
 :personal-record:

Also felt very good at the sprint, using the Mississippi method, i got.

... 6.2 Seconds  :personal-record:  :personal-record:

 :wowthatwasnutswtf:

I would rate it as a good days workout getting the most out of it.

Boxing / Re: Pacquiao vs Marquez 4 a possiblity?

Yup, true that

Manny pacquiao is greedy as well. seeing how vulnerable he is in losing a match.
