Hey, i think ltoso f you are familiar with this kid. his the 7th grade basketball player, jashaun agosto.

Now, about 1minute 30seconds of this video, he does some sick moves, that even a 5ft 5 guy like me can barely do, especialyl at 2minutes 30seconds.Can anyone does what he does?n com,ments too

nice.

Yeah your diet is a beast too. ima start eating los of whoel grain bread, since thats the easiest food i can get.

how's my diet?
3pieces of whole grain bread plus milk. should have about 16g of Protein. on days when i've got no bread at home, i take protein shake with milk.

if i've got workout, i'll take half protein shake with milk about 1hour before work, th ni'll take sips before workout, and after workout finish it, and either have chicken with protein shake or milk.

I think i've got enough protein , right? But my carbohydrate intake seems little.

And did you have soem hamstrings injury a cpl years back? Coz i thought you were jumping high and squating big.

And again, good luck on your ankles.

oh  man now your not a beast anymore. you're a freaking beast! I thought u only did that everyday squating for one month and thats it.

Now you motivated me man.  i wanan be able to do my current workout, plus basketballl on off days and uuperbody days. thats my goal now.

And how what is your current goal now? Your donig squats but no lunges? taking a break?
 And i hope your ankle gets better

oh and i assuem vertebral column is ur spine? if so then so true. just squating like 30kg after squats, my butt spine a lil uncomfy. and im sure i nvr round. might have arched but just a lil.

andrew, i dont get it. if we're doign fulkl squats, and ur doing half squqats cause it applies more to vertical jump, thn why am i doing full squats?

Wow now this opened up my mind ot a whole new level.

I mean, i thoguht nvr work the same muscles for mroe than 2times in a orw. You did it for a month and survived. I Don't get it. If this worked, whats the point of my doing 2-3 times a weeks? I mean, if i can increaes my work capacity and gain, why not?

Unless WOrking 2-3tiems a week instead of this high frequency squats gives you more improvement. Is that the case? iduno

lol i stil lrememebr. i had a draem i got punished for not doing my school work and had to cut my penis off. I did it ,didnt hurt, jsut the whe ni cut it off, its like there was the skin there only. It was disgusting. It like became smaller and smaller , finalyl i flushed it down the toielt bowl. Seconds laqter, my penis grew back an inch.lol

And i cut it with a scissors
