I like pullups like that, definitely has a different feel to it.. much less bicep contribution, more lat.

Why would you like more lat over bicept?

Don't you want to look like you have wings when you jump?

I really like his main videos, very talented, but he's just trying to say this to people in general.

Anyways, he's pretty fast. Apparently he has a 48 inch vertical in his "I can jump like Lebron James" video and could run at least sub-44s 400m in college track.

Crazy Weird Analysis & Stuff :) / Re: The Squat Thread
« on: November 19, 2010, 02:14:38 am »
Cool study here, I love doing this type of shit.

34.3/67.5 = 51.111111

Not bad.

That's very weird, I've also always perceived myself as short limbed and my friends tell me that all the time haha.
I find squatting very hard, my weak ankles contribute to this, but I find the going down to strain me. I tend to have to step backward and it's difficult to keep my heels down.

RVJ: 29 inch PR; 27 inch Average now
SVJ: 27.5 inch PR; 24 - 26 inch Average now

At one point in my life, my SVJ was a lot higher than my RVJ.

More 14 years-old on here? Damn.. dunk a tennis ball? I can barely touch rim haha.

Nice squat/deadlift, I'm not even trying to do those yet.

145lbs. Bench Press? Doesn't look like that's your bench hehe.

Who the FUCK are you?
I agree.

Nice video, you have some really nice dunks.

As silly as it may sound, "chi" and all that energy stuff does exist and is available to everybody... it's just a matter of knowing how to gather that. And I know it's sounds like Kung-Fu movies, but I have actually had a friend who just went to some Qigong courses and he could literally make you feel "energy" in your palm from his fingers, with his fingers being 8 inches away from your palm. That was amazing.

It felt like some sort of magnet is reacting to your skin... and he said he just learned that at qigong... nothing special about him or anything. I learned a lot of very, very interesting stuff that day. In fact, I feel like I should go to one of those meetings.

The magnet feeling... is the magnetic fields around your body. Go feel your own with your hands. I've made it strong enough to make people feel from just 8 inches, it's not that far in fact.

I used to believe in gigong, now I believe in all those "chi" users who claim all those feats to just have tough skin calluses, dead nerves, and freak genetic people with weird abilities. Such as guys who can press a spear to their neck and claim chi in their neck.

OMGLOLCANOES. That face looks so stupid. And so does this protein infused vodka. Although it sounds cool.

Well obviously, lol. That was like his breakout movie I believe.

My favorites are:
1. The Notebook
2. Sisters of the Traveling Pants
3. Hannah Montana: the Movie
4. Sex and the City
5. Toy Story 3

:strong: everyone should watch these movies  :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

I thought you were being ironic, but then I saw Toy Story 3, which is a legitimately excellent film, so I do not know what to make of this post.

Oh wait that was my post.
Yes, Toy Story 3 served it's purpose.
