Say I had 1hr, or 1.5hrs to shoot, about 3-4x week.

How should I maximize my workout? How much time should I spend on different variations of shots? i.e. form shooting, free throws, 3pt, game simulated moves, wtc.

anyways, I came from VF, and my fav thing was the latest 10 posts feature. EASY way to see the new posts for the day...and for a large forum like this, it would help like hell...or you could also make threads w/ unread posts a diff color or something?

I'm a subscriber to AdarQTV for a while now, just don't post on this forum because I use Vertfreak101 a little more.

Quick stats:

Sophomore in high school

5' 3" Height (short as f*ck)

6' 7" Reach

28.5" Running 2 step VJ (all training is genius of LanceSTS, and a couple others on Vertfreak)

look foward to using this place a little more now
