Krit wuz here >>>>

Put this in krit topic from HALF A YEAR A GO please.

Edit: ok 4 months, Ill give you the pass.
Combo of knowledge and musicality is beastin, like TI was on his old shit but with more of a thoughtproces and more creativity imo.
Dude has remained humble, usually hate it with my personal favourites but I love seeing him blow up.
Dude deserves every bit of it.

Krit was here wasn't better from a musical standpoint - definitely not. I'd say it had more "bangers" on it, but it didn't flow as well as this one did. Plus he was still talking about pimping and shit a lot on krit wuz here.
And he's more like early outkast, something like big boi mixed with ugk. But yeah, he'll definitely get pretty huge. He'll be the next huge artist from the south.

ya it is definitely good for vertical, the legs are a little different than the rest of the body in that there is just so much leg mass that needs to be recruited.. high rep squatting recruits more mu's than < 10 rep squatting, for example, just standing with the bar that long (while squatting) will murder the quads, so as you're fatiguing the hamstrings/glutes/quads while you squat, quads are also being maximally fatigued extra just from being under tension that long (holding at the top to hit the next rep etc).. the feeling after a 10RM and a 20 rep breathing squat is WAAAAAAAAAY different.. 20 rep breathing squat is extreme jello, mostly due to quads being completely fatigued.. so in a 20 rep breather, you get everything maixmally fatigued, hams/glutes/quads, this leads to quicker adaptations for strength/mass/etc. bar speed is good on 20 reppers (and anything from 10-12RM), so that's also a bonus.

so ya regardless, if 20 reppers make you stronger relative to bodyweight, then they improve vert.. they definitely aren't an endurance lift imo, i get stronger very fast when i incorporate 20 reppers.

peace

But wouldn't the high rep squatting have negative effects on the nervous system and also the tendons? Although you are getting a lot stronger, you're nervous system is getting murdered thus leading to over training.

Yo we gotta talk on IRC about my training; I don't know if I'll be able to do this if this is how much soreness I am going to have every time because open gym is about to start and that is like 2-3 times a week and if I am this sore I will probably get injured plus I will play awful. I can barely move because I am in so much pain.

Adarq,

If I trained at the same gym as you and I had no clue who you were, I would think you are the biggest tool ever haha. You do these quarter squats with high socks on and tape yourself. I would be a huge dick and come over and rep 315 for 8 with deep depth while staring at you in the mirror while I do it saying GET SOME after each rep which in turn would make me a tool. :P

Also, last year I had mono and I would spit up phlegm like you do constantly, it would be really thick and green and seemed like it would never end..

I never agree with you, but that's legit.

Adarq looks like Jayson Werth, who looks like the wrestler Edge, who looks like the lead singer of puddle of mudd Wes Scantlin.

tried editing some dunk scene for my vid tonight, pretty annoyed, since i can't use the music i've wanted to use for so long, because it'll get flagged, i have to find other stuff.. can't find anything.. well i found something but it doesn't fit the session.

peace

Yeah you can bro. You have to edit the music in someway so that it differs from the original..

That's exactly how I am when I'm in hardcore rap mode. I just keep getting these lines that pop into my head and they are so good that I have to write them down.

Btw, I have to tell you some insane shit bro on IRC!!!!!!#%R@#2
