PULLUPS : 6-6-5-5 ( -1 rep for first 3 sets )
SEATED LATERAL RAISE : 3x10 @ 7.5kg each hand
DB HUMMER CURL : 3x10 @ 12.5kg each hand
ROPE PUSHDOWN : 3x10 @ 17kg
Not much strength lost, went easy yet matched most pre-xmas weights. Nice surprise.
