http://flight-right.com/  .

A friend of mine did this program for 2/3 months , and add 7 inches to the vertical and became a lot faster / stronger .

It was created by Brandon Todd , the 5'5 dunker ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f_yux7qEPF4 ) , and he have done a lot of vertical jump programs , so i think that he knows what works better ..
Thinking to do this program in summer , maybe .

What do you think about it ?

Program without squat? I mean, just bodyweight squat x 100(intermediate program)... Never seen something like that before  :ninja:  but maybe i'm ignorant (it's really possible^^)

Program probably sucks, he's probably not 5'5 and/or the rim is probably not 10'0, and not only that, but there are people on this board who jump higher than him through proper training already.

Waste of time, don't do it.

Brandon Todd still has a video testimonial on the Jump Manual site he gave to Jacob. I haven't seen the Flight Right program but it does strike me as odd. Either he is cashing in, or he lied on his Jump Manual testimonial.

Isn't he the one that I posted a reply on one of his videos saying something and then he came back to me to reply that "how I have the guts to comment when my form is that?" or something? Adarqui might know.

Program probably sucks

Or probably doesn't. Have you seen it? If not how did you guess?

he's probably not 5'5 and/or the rim is probably not 10'0, and not only that, but there are people on this board who jump higher than him through proper training already.

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-WJsyxjzWS4" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-WJsyxjzWS4</a>

Jump-wise he is a damn beast , noone in this forum can jump that high. I don't know if he earned it if he was born with it and i don't care either , calling out the rim and his height makes you sound like a hater.

PS : I'm not defending his program because i have not seen it. I have no idea if it's good or bad.
This is the program review thread though , gotta bring a better argument than "probably" and the rim heights.

Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

---

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?
