seems like a large amount of people on this forum have tried air alert and suffered knee issues..

if you have positive or negative feedback, please post.. it'll help others make a better decision before trying it.

I tried it with a friend for a few weeks when I was younger (14 or so). Didn't have any problems with it personally. But I didn't see much of any improvement with it either. This was when I was playing ball all day every day so honestly, I was already in about as good a shape as I could've been at that age without proper weightlifting. I stopped because I didn't see the point of it at the time and that was that.

I did air alert 3. The whole shit , 16 weeks , back in May 2007 being ~32,5 years old.
Didn't gain a single inch, probably because my strength was very low back then , so ultra high volume plyos ( that AA is ) was useless.
I didn't have the slightest knee bugging during it , but then again i never had the slightest knee bugging in my entire life.

I think people without training background doing AA is pure waste of time. Dangerous for those with sensitive knees , just useless for all the others.

As for people with training background , they don't care for AA! :D

ya i wouldn't imagine you would see much problems with only the first few weeks of the program, it (the volume) gets insane towards the end.

thanks for the post tho!
