Then it's just a guideline.

scoobychau:
I have 2 friends who actually pay for boin when it first got released.

Back then, it was $50USD or something, now It is now for $7xUSD

I haven't read it in detail yet, but it is basically a 9x page ebook.

Right off the start of the book, it mentioned the following:

THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE PROGRAM,
You NEED TO GET MEMBERSHIP TO ACCESS THE FORUM/Web to see the complete Program, and Exercise Video.

THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE PROGRAM!
EACH PDF is encrypted and special program to Track you down, if u start sharing the PDF, to the web, We will take action.
(may be not in exact word, but it is something like that)

According to my friend who had done and read boinvert, he said they make up name for the exercise, so you won't understand when u read the book, u have to access their website to view to exercise to understand...

Thats as much as i know about this program for now.  I would let u know more once I dig into it further.

Haha^^^

scoobychau:
Asked about it and this is what I got from friend who paid for the program.

16 weeks program, 6 phs all together!

Phase are separated as follow (I use my own terms to avoid copyright issue):
1 Base Preparation
2 Technique
3 Shock Absorb
4 Force Development
5 Reactive power
6 Technique

Lots of dynamic stretching, and body weight exercise...  I don't see any 2x bodyweight squat requirement anywhere.
In fact the author believe in order to jump high, it is not necessary to be strong like a powerlifter.
Emphasize is on technique, shock absorption and reactive strength.

I have no doubt about periodization, but I am a bit skeptical, especially how it will work for a beginner trainer with no strength base.
