Hey guys, theres this erm, i would say program, which can improve your performance based on coordination, here it is.
http://cannonballcoordinationdrill.com/index.html

It sounds pretty good, but too pricey.

and also Check out his vid on basketball shooting . I think the part on using more arms as you go back further in distance is wrong.

What do ya guys think about the program and the basketball vid(for those basketball players out there).
thanks

who knows about the program, but his 'performance montage' is not bad.. he seems pretty athletic, fast, powerful etc.

Yeah, that would definitely interfere with developing perfect neuromuscular programming or whatever the hell that guy's talking about. http://everyjoe.com/health/stafon-johnson-in-bench-press-accident/
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

wow $313 of that. I think i will write one for android or iPhone.

It is basically simple.  download various tempo metronome MP3, put a timer on it, 3 minutes exercise times and rest 1 minutes. Keep playing until end of files.  connect your headset to iPhone/iPod to it and BAM.

Estimate development time: 4-8 hours.

Doesn't worth $313 man..
