Great work mate, good luck with sub 11/22 sec. I'm thinking of going on the same diet as you, basically a keto diet but with some more carbs for performance.

Thanks acole I'm looking forward to seeing my results after a few months as far as body composition goes.

Diet Day 4-
I got this Cook Island girlfiend atm and her and her family are always eating and it's usually takeaway. All her family ate KFC today but I resisted. Than she got angry at me because I don't want to go out clubbing tonight since I'm on a no alcohol diet. I've never been into drugs or pills so going out and getting on eccies isn't an option either so I'm just going to stay home 2nite, which will be good because I won't have to put up with any temtations. I've also replaced sugar in my coffee with muscle milk protein. It actually tastes pretty good so I'm using that as a pre-workout now.

Front Squat-
Heaps low volume. Going to slowly build it up in time.
60x3
77.5x3
87.5x3
97.5x1
All the sets were easy. Felt awkward on the first set since I havn't front squatted for a while.

Hammer Strength Row-
40x13
50x13
60x13
70x13
80x10
90x10
80x10
60x12
45x20

Dips-
10,12,14,15,16.

Weighted Pullups-
5kg weight- 5x3 My trackies were falling down with the db between my legs lol.

Treadmill-
22.5km/h 1 minutex2

Day 5-
Didn't cheat my diet.

Day 6-
Didn't cheat my diet.

Roman Chair Crunches-
44,31,29.

Pullups-
5kg+6x3

Dips-
11,13,15,16,17.

Treadmill-
23km/h 1 minutex2

Bodyweight- 80 :o
I've lost 4kg (9lbs) in 6 days since I've started this diet. It's probably water weight though because I don't really feel or look any leaner. I probably got to get more calories in my diet though since I'm losing thousands of calories a week through not drinking soft drinks/alcohol and not eating fast food.

Must be water. Also very right about alcohol. Alcohol affects so many things. It has way too many (hollow) calories, affects water retention, affects metabolism, it really distorts diet plan.
If you want my 2 cents, pick a 'typical' caloric income for fat loss ( something like 10*bw-in-lbs, ~1750 for you ), stick on that plan for 1 week alcohol-free, see what happens to bw and readjust.

Yeh it must be water coz it's not fat and I don't think it's possible to lose 4kg of muscle in a week. I'll start tracking my calories and make adjustments to make sure I don't continue losing too much weight in the future.

Day 7-
Used the day as a cheat day. Ate Fasta Pasta, Subway, icecream and soft drink. Pretty much every food/drink that I'm not supposed to eat. I'm not really fazed out about it though because that's basically what I used to eat everyday last year. So if I diet strict for 6 out of 7 days a week for the next 4 months I will get results.

Front Squat-
60x3
80x3
90x3
100x1
75x3

Leg Curls-
10x10
15x10
20x10
25x10
30x10

Dips-
15,16,18,20.

Pullups-
5kg7x3

Treadmill-
23.5km/h 1 minute x2

so find something else to work your core? ab wheel roll outs? band pull downs? toes to bar?
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

Even though the exercise targets the thighs as well I still like it for abs.

Diet-
Week 2 Day 4- Didn't cheat but that said my diet wasn't very good. Too much carbs not enough protein today.

I ran a 60m as well for the first ever time. Overall I was fkn slow!!! I got 7.53 the only excuse was that it was a slight headwind (-0.6) but mainly I just got a horrible start and the race was over before I even got a chance to catch anybody.
