none of the above..

it's : being a lazy bum and just doing ghr's/pushups in between my computer programming stuff etc..

hehehe

i do want to be able to do GHR's on that natural ghr i have.. i mean, im actually doing them better than ever on it, which is so odd.. my hamstrings are so crappy i'd love to just get myself to being able to rep out the natural ghr's.

i have _0_ goals atm, except for the ghr's it seems.

peace

some ankle hops.. in shoes ;)

bunch of incline pushups

ECC+CON ghr's, close to 45 degrees down and up.. man these were tough but i have never been able to do ghr's like that.. i could finally pull with my hamstrings as if i was making a fist with my hand.. glutes were firing too.. some reps were about 45 degrees exactly, they were extremely tough.. each set was ~15-20 reps.. did 3 sets.

damn

crazy w/o

basically 2 hours of ghr's.. mostly partials with glutes completely locked..

only a few at ~45 degrees or so.. i just did TONS of partials..

probably nearly 200 reps.. had 2 sets of 30 mini's etc.. plus tons of 15-20 rep sets.

hamstrings r toast.

finishing off with calf raises.. left ham tendon injury bugging a little bit, right foot completely wrecked.

peace

i was supposed to do ghr/jumps/calf raises today, but the calf raises ~2-3 days ago killed me.. so sore, can barely walk still.. probably have 2 more days of soreness.. hehe.. i had this happen even when i was training hard too, my calfs just suck, they swell up somehow.. its weird..

hopefully tomorrow i can do ghr's/pullups.
