something about elasticity maybe adarq?  Any merit to high rep claf raises/quarter squats (similar to defranco 50 rep rhythm squats)

lmao check this out, lady started moving the goal as i was about to dunk on it, so i was like F it lemme jump up and try to touch it, haha.. i jumped too close, bad timing, it was moving too, clip should look kind of cool haha.



not the best dunk session though, 5 hours sleep, left knee bugging a little, and not really going all out, tried a bunch of tricks, whatever.

Haha, i have a friend who grabbed onto the rim just before they set it off moving up like that....he held on ended up about 20ft in the air....

thanks alot man, funny you mention that though, i play that when i dunk :F the one with wayne/tupac, lance linked me it a few weeks ago.. love it







just got done hitting 375 x 1 off pin 6, then 385 x 1 off pin 6.. and i'm hungry as hell.. barely ate today.. pretty amazing.. i'll include 345 x 1, controlled it nicely.. 375-385x1 had that little bounce off pins but whatever, as long as it keeps going up im straight.

damnnn looks like your vert is going up a lot now.  Where do you think you are now??? Looks like you hit the 40" mark, no?  And are you still trying to get down to 145lbs or you gonna stay around 150ish?
Goal is to dunk.

Vertical needed to dunk: 40"

Current vertical : 38.5"

thanks man! my dunks suffered a bit after those, did like 10 head height after i got kicked off the other court. but i still landed some ok stuff.

not sure, if i hit head on that backboard it would be 40 legit, so, i feel today that i was really right there but every time i hit apex i was too far in front of the backboard instead if right under... so not sure, but until i smash my head on one of those 9'4"'s, i can't claim 40, as soon as i do though, it'll be solidified.

head looks like it's right around that area and my feet are damn high on my hips.

well i'd like 145, but, just not happening with my current diet/cardio level.. i'm staying at the same weight as my strength goes up, which i'm ok with, but ya i'd rather be 145 a bit more lean.. all i really need is the cardio, not getting it in is my fault.
