bw = 160
soreness = left calf
aches/injuries = neck whiplash lololol

workout:
- traversed like ~10 miles or so total
- warmed up for a good 2 miles.. off and on light jogs
- then ran ~3 miles
- then walked a bit
- then ran ~2 miles
- then walked a bit
- then ran ~2 miles

amazing how good jogging felt today.. i just chilled and stayed relaxed but my pace was actually very good.. left calf was tight during the run..

post-run, i feel like total crap haha.. i mean my legs feel slow.. conditioning felt/feels great though.

peace

last night not very deep, those 100% intensity 200's raped my hamstrings, they had considerable fatigue.. a little above 45 degrees last night.

Oh nice. The boom and the fact that you just wrote "GHR" made me think you hit full GHRs, but that seemed unlikely.

No, for when I hit full ghr's it will in fact be "BAM!!!!" not "boom!".

bw = 160
soreness = hamstrings, quads tight
aches/injuries = left shin/calf a bit achy/tight, right hamstring tendon a bit achy

workout:
- ~400's @ near max intensity, 5 x
- ~800 x 1
- ~400 @ near max intensity, 1 x
- .75 mile run, 1 x

done.. felt so fast in my 400's, good stuff.. felt my quads too much though, from the squatting last night, they had too much tension.. otherwise, felt very good tonight.

might jump tomorrow, dno.. basically planning on jumping + speed work

peace

I don't know why you go so intense when you're having so many aches, :/.

You're an intense sum' bitch haha. I would love to have your willingness to go run 400's like that man. If I did, then I wouldn't be so soft in the mid-section. You're conditioning is sweet.

Joe pretty much nailed it with that Madonna picture. POW camp status, coming up.

hahah man it isn't easy.. before each one i have to chew myself out.. "come on what are you a little bitch, go get this shit", etc.

i need to get to the point where mentally i could run ~10 of them maximally, as well as physiologically (recovery from all that lactic acid).. that'd be so badass.

the cool thing is, i don't feel my legs shrinking from running 400's, in fact they feel thick and strong.. lots of long distance work turns my legs into sticks.. 200's-400's are pretty potent for strength gain.. feels like a 20 rep squat set :D

ya man but it isn't ez for me either.. one day it will be, that will be the day i am flying out there, 200, 400, mile, 5k etc.. my mind is still weak at the moment when it comes to conditioning, but it's progressing every workout.

peace!
