yup. apparently he was adarq.org member number four. don't remember if he could ever dunk, at least while he was posting on here. http://www.adarq.org/profile/?u=4

yea it's odd. says that member is from Germany. I distinctly recall a "Jonas" from Canada.

i said one thing and he got kind of awkward so I just went back to coding. but I kinda feel like it was him. The other guy on the call was joking around about him having done "jump soles" and "vert training" etc.. he didn't want to go into it.

bet it was him. lmao.

got a Roborock s6. cyber monday deal.

this thing is impressive af so far. floors feel brand new. surprisingly, dogs barely care about it.

it's getting every available inch of the house. now i can just run that thing when i go on dog walks etc, come back to "pristine" floors :D epic. :ninja: :wowthatwasnutswtf:

Ah , adarq squad is always sooo synced, im looking into buying a roborock in the next good deal i find lol.
Glad to have another positive feedback, although those are already too many, everyone that gets it loves it!
Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

---

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

hah awesome.

yea i found it for 450 on "cyber monday", instead of 650 or whatever. so i figured i'd go for it - since I already wanted one.

goal: save time vacuuming.. i vacuum way too much. hate dirty floors. the dogs bring in lots of dirt too soo. i plan on running it when i'm out for dog walks etc. Boss warned me against running it when i'm not home & the dogs are home etc -> he says if you roborock a dog poop, you're in big trouble. lmao.

couldn't be happier with it so far. that first "test" turned out better than I expected.

I watched lots of comparison videos on yt, some really good ones on "Vacuum Wars". this guy has great vids:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U2xpwdZh0KQ

READY TO ROCK w/ OUR ROBOROCK's.

pc!

no training for months now, but managed to jog a 5:49 mile (got 1st 35-39 lmao).

and raced with my glasses. never did that before.

funny.

felt pretty good tbh. frequent long dog walks, occasional short runs with dogs, eating good, and yard work keeping me in ok shape i guess.

in "farming" news :ninja:

jalapenos growing. always a worry though that these iguanas will wreck em. hopefully i can eat a few soon. growing fast.

habanero is also growing nicely.

this photo is kinda cool. put a jalapeno in the dirt a month ago. some weed growing nice. but then that vine you see on the right w/ the little leaf sticking out... that leaf took two months to show up.

i cut some vine that was hanging off into a sidewalk (like 1.5 mi away from my house), and just stuck a piece in that pot.

was amp'd to see it actually growing something. want to see if i can bring it back :D

wondering if the jalapeno (which turned red) will do anything.. just gonna keep it in there ;f

banana baby growing fast.

this was yesterday:

this morning:

and now tonight:

it's incredible how fast these things can grow.. i bet you could watch it grow if you just sat out there all day.

my bougainvillea baby is getting bigger:

also, another one sprouting up, on the initial banana tree. look how it's "pushing up the dirt". so cool:
