house was shaking tonight.. apparently when pratt & whitney (12 miles away) tests fighter jet engines, it's pretty insane. i hear they do it infrequently and only for a few hours, unless we're at war (ie gulf level), then they test much more often.

seems like some serious power.

they make F135 engines, among other things. major there, apparently.

loving creating the front yard farm. so much fun.

tonight i put in a row of longevity spinach from cuttings.

prior to that, i harvested alot of longevity spinach, from one plant. was like a huge bush.

thanksgiving day farm fest: planted a bunch of plants/trees in the ground.

pullups/dips throughout the day.

back has been achy the last few days: I think i'm staying "too upright" on my ssbar squats. Ever since i started trying to be "even safer" (more iap/inhale/upright), i think it's stressing my back too much.



on another farm note: the bananas that grew on this property (been here since before i bought it), are epic. little cavendish bananas but so damn sweet/perfect. perhaps the best i've ever had.

need to get my ice cream banana trees into the ground soon.

about to bed in bed before 11 ! nice.

ordered soil by the yard. ordered 2 cubic yards and had it dumped via dump truck. it's sitting near my house. MUCH cheaper than buying soil by the bag.. lol.

FARM LIFE.

did farm stuff all day.. planted 10+ plants in the ground. it's getting nutty. just hope they all do good.

planted 3 papaya's, moringa's, bananas, mexican sunflower, and a naval orange tree. :headbang:

w/o's:

tons of dips/pullups throughout the day, a few sets of parallel squats.

body feels jacked up atm.. farm life is rough. tennis-elbow-ish thing going on in my right elbow for a few weeks now.. i think barbell curls are what really triggered it. but now the combo of farm stuff (pick axe) and w/o's seem to stress it. if it gets bad/scary ill chill w the w/o's.

w/o 2:

not really a w/o.. went on a 2 hour full-moon bike ride through the farms. was great. awesome weather + awesome scenery.
