quick update:

last night was insane .. went to bed with 102.5F fever .. then  i sweat out GALLONS. woke up with like 95F.

then for the rest of the day my temp jumped around from 95F to 100F, but i definitely felt better.

i went and got two tests. the rapid one was far away.. i was so uncomfortable in my car.. so then on the way back, stuck in traffic. took 2 hours to get home when normally it's 45 min. I WAS WRECKED.

i have some weird kind of "back pain" under my ribs ever since getting home. hopefully it's just muscle stuff and not lung stuff heh ! it's so uncomfortable. it's probably actually due to this toxic nyquil stuff destroying my liver. i hate taking anything, but with 102.5F fever, just had to.

some of the worst i've ever felt when being sick. but, whooping cough was 100x worse. just throwing that out there.

as of right now, i do feel considerably better though.

pc!

did my first set of dips (19)/ng pullups (10)

felt kinda light headed after.. but still strong so that's good !

race is on april 17 -> i imagine covid is going to ruin my plans of winning it. bummer. but, going to get back on my dips/pullups and TRY to get a run in on april 10/12/14 .. then just race and who knows. i was in great shape before getting sick. faaawk. won't force anything tho..

we'll see.

evening:
- 10 sets of dips/pullup variations
- mostly sets of ~10 on dips, and 5-7 on pullups
- lactic acid in my body feels so weird now.. compared to pre-covid. almost don't feel it... it's odd.
