tested neg last two pcr tests, and it's more like 18 days out now.

ran the race. 19:22 or something w/ a cramp. 5 OA i think, dno. was fun. decent considering.

Still under 20, also very likely sub 19 without cramp.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up

won a 5k race! slow/rough trail (mushy sand etc)

goal is to take it ez tho and stay healthy. not gonna train crazy hard. will get in a bunch of light runs but, not going to approach it like i did last time. need to find another race.. ;f

thanks alot man! not much at all. last week like 30 mi?

farm life got me in crazy shape. i credit that alot, tbh. and now it's filtering into running. love it.

maybe this time i can eventually get under 17? tbh looking like it's more of a possibility than before... somehow.. never got to 18:40 this fast. not even close.

pc!
