some concept titles i made tonight after workout:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bOSFf2B14zQ

Yea that vid is sick. You should use it as the official vid for adarq.org. Song, editing, concept, everything is perfect, either one of those titles are cool. I agree with LBSS though, a make would be even better.

thanks ! people seem to really like that effect.. interesting.. i need to play around with more effects today.

im going to use some old footage for the tests though, got some nice stuff.

pc!

bw = 151
soreness = none
aches/injuries = none
fatigue = low

felt good.. caff'd up good, legs felt strong.

workout #1: landing a few dunks for this effect i want to try
- rim is "like" 9'10, you can see the bend in the rim, it's definitely not 9'11, but it doesn't seem much lower than 9'11, i did one jump there on 9'11 off two steps during warmup and it only felt about an inch higher so.. couldn't dunk on the other hoops, lazy full court going on & people shooting around on other rim, needed no one in my video shots so..
- i have no idea if i jumped high or not, feet look high off the ground according to the irc chat.. no idea though..
- edit: feet felt good for entire session, that was good.

workout #2: about to do it, pullups and possibly heavy db rows

edit:
workout #2:
neutral grip pullups: 5, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8
s.a. db row: 50 lb @ 4 x 10e, 1 x 15e
glute bridges: 100, 100, 100, 100, 130
calf raises: 50, 50, 50, 50, 50

some pictures:

takeoff point + inches off ground..

anyway, don't care really, rim is obviously lower than 10', i went out there with the plan of landing only a few dunks and doing something else for some special editing technique.

peace, i'll edit this later.

well, last year around september it was 39" RVJ max, ~37" or so average.. ~4 months or so prior to those PR jumps, I hit 36 & then 36.5" (132" & 132.5" aka 11' & 11'.5") officially on the vertec before quitting my job there.

recently, i don't know what my highest touch is, but i imagine it is around 11'1 - 11'2" or so, i've pulled off some pretty high dunks lately on some peak jumps.. i'd say I average around 10'11 and 11' on my dunk sessions lately, with ~1-2 peak jumps above that, usually on misses.. so i'm around 37" or so right now.

i hit a 2 step 34" non-peaked a few weaks ago on my homemade vertec, i get max height off 4 steps.

4" down my wrist is 36", 8" down my wrist is 40"... 11" down my wrist would be elbow, 43".

sorry for all of the math, haha..

peace man

Wow man , look so sick!!! :o
Should be like 7'' below wrist , so 15'' above that rim!
Above 11 for sure , 11'1'' if its 9'10'' or 11'2'' if it's 9'11'' , cant tell , doesn't matter anyway , its damn fucking sick high!

PS : rim-touch-maths FTW !!! :headbang:
Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

---

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

thanks man! ya it's definitely not 9'11, seems like 9'10 or so.. i'm probably going to try and peak again on tues, but on 10' so we'll find out more then.. i've been relaxing more than normal lately, because of the video editing, so it's kind of like i've been deloading.. hehe

one of those clips worked perfect for my editing technique i went there to accomplish, so i'm happy about that.. have to edit that for my main youtube channel, it'll be pretty trippy.. working on a vid for arowe today lolol, then i'll post a tricked out clip from that session after.

peace!!!!!

bw = 151.6 or something
soreness = none
aches/injuries = none
fatigue = medium

worked on vid editing all day, quick workouts tonight

workout #1: squat + curls + pushups
- slightly below parallel squat: 225 @ 3 singles, modrately heavy
- 3" bar curls: 5, 10, 12, 12
- pushups + 10 lb: 20, 22, 24, 25, 25, 25, bw: 25,

im 152 right now eheh!@$!@

left patella tendon insertion is bugging a little, going deeper aggravated it but whatever, i'll try it again next session (tomorrow probably), hopefully it'll just be nothing.. going deeper felt pretty good tonight, all of the glute/ham work i've been doing has made it easier for sure, considering i havn't been going deep on squat in a long time..

i'm super low squat volume right now and i'm trying to relax more in general.. so far so good :D

peace

thanks man.. ya right now i'm working on this project, it's weird, most dunks will be max height one handers for the next few weeks.. i might throw in some other stuff occasionally, but i'm going to drop an epic video with some "mind-blown" techniques.

i land a nice two hander in "like a G6 dunk mix" and "intergalactic dunk mix".. G6 one is the best though.

peace man!
