i've been doing ankle hops and pushup isos, and low squat ankle hops, oh and hamstring isos.... every day for about 5 days.

i feel like ive gotten a bit more 'pop' back.. but im just doing that cause i still dont know what i want to do with training.. i kind of think ill get back into dunking eventually.. so this stuff ive been doing has definitely been making me feel my "jump" coming back.

vert is a drug though , youll be back sooner or later, LOL :D

~40 days and the dunk thirst took over! :D

Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

---

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

well i wouldn't imagine twitching 24/7 would be a good thing.. im talking 24/7 non stop.

it never happended to me before like this so, .. i would get twitches and stuff when i was lifting, but it would come and go..

i dont have any scientific research to back this up but i would say 24/7 twitching non stop wouldn't be a good thing.. try eating more bananas maybe?

WTF? You sure it wasn't something you ate? I got mad heartburn the other day and couldn't figure out what it was from but it had to be food. Maybe you were doing the GHRs so fast the centripetal force got hold of your stomach acid LOL.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

hah

ya im sure it was the ghr's.. i was fine hours before them and right after my second set it kicked it.. probably just some erector spinae muscle fatiguing, causing some weird referred pain.

i was doing the ghr's slow and weak tho ;)

nah, my erector spinae is getting worked quite a bit though.. im heavily detrained, thats why.

tonight i did tons of pushups and 4 sets of 3 on ghr, but i made sure to try as hard as possible on each rep.. hit probably my best reps on there.. im just doing eccentrics, i want to be able to go all the way down controlled

im watching this indian terrorist documentary, "terror in mumbai", fuckin insane..

it's crazy to listen to the conversations between the terorirsts and their group members over the phone.. they were talking to the 'leaders' who were nowhere near the incident, leaders were just feeding them instructions.. the indian intelligence service had their cell phones tapped.
