You take about as long between this singles as kingfish does on a normal squat set ... only difference he keeps the bar on his back the whole time... gotta do the same to keep up  :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:
most of those reps were surprisingly fast on the concentric, making 315lbs your bitch, gj  :strong:  :strong:  :strong:

Question: What do you do when the weather is really rainy/stormy and your scheduled for a weight training session... do you go hardcore and work in the pouring rain, wind? Just wondering as the weather wasn't obviously too good in this video neither...

so, went to indoor gym, floor slippery, asked people for a damp mop, this douchebag said it wouldnt help, i tellhim ive done it plenty of times and it fixes the issue, so he goes and gets a dry mop that does nothing.. so i left, went outdoor.. couldn't jump for shit.. just windy as hell, cold, etc.. then some WWII vet shows up with his grand kids, and that somehow snapped me back into form.. landed a nice dunk for him, he told me to get up hah..

hahahah ya, exactly, kingfish might as well re-rack it and call it msem singles ;d i remember talking to him about it, he said the bar burries into his back good, otherwise his shoulders kill him constantly unracking/racking the bar.

thanks man, i really focused on the concentric, the 8th rep actually had the bar come off my back at the top! lol

well, i'll wait a bit, florida weather is pretty faced past, it rarely rains ALL night.. if it is raining non stop though, ill def squat in the rain.. i normally put it off though for an hour etc, hoping the rain disappears. i check the weather satelites etc, gives me a good idea of when ill be able to train without rain haha..

ya man it was SOOOOOOOOOOO windy that night..

i split my finger open pretty bad, its like a laceration.. was very painful haha.. can barely type with it, it has a blood bubble in it now.

ya ive gone and gotten the mop myself plenty of times and wiped down the half court im dunking on, pretty much my path to dunk and the entire paint area.. it works great, floor gets so much grip.. that fucking retard pissed me off.. whatever, fuck that place, it's been slippery the last 3 times i've gone, going to just go outdoors, roof'd outdoor court on thurs.

dno it was ~45 degrees or so, could have had something to do with it.. either that or the insane amount of crystal meth i smoked 30min before dunking.

[02:33am] adarq: .weather 33321
[02:33am] Sh0gun: adarq: Fort Lauderdale, FL - Clear, 37
[02:33am] adarq: lol

12/14/2010

bw = 155.5 (158 before poops damn too heavy)
soreness = right calf a bit
aches/injuries = right hip a little, mid back
diet = protein shake + 2 teaspoon coffee, dunks + gatoraid drink + protein, protein shake, cheeseburger + almonds + crackers + cheese dip, training 2A, half protein shake, training 2B, protein shake, pb sandwhich

workout #1:
- jumps/dunks
- didn't jump good initially, went to indoor court first, surface was too slippery, left and went outdoors, kind of threw me off a bit.. anyway, jumped good after like 30min, was really annoying early on..

workout #2A:
- 6 mile traversed in 1 hour 15min or so, submax 40-70 stride sprints, ME MR halftucks linear 13 x 20
- felt VERY bouncy

workout #2B:
- MSEM half squat: 45 @ 4x10,    135 @ 5,  185 @ 5,    245 @ 3,     265 @ 3,    285 @ 1,1    305 @ 1,1       325 @ 1,1,1,1     1,1,1,1

stretching:
- stretched full body for an hour but, best thing i did, was this stretch where you lie down flat then bring your legs over your face, point of foot touching ground above your head. i held that for 2 sets, for about 5-8 minutes.. really helped my erectors which have been pretty tight lately, feel very good from it.

the bar was so cold it felt like an ice cube... ill try and get some footage up tomorrow with some dunks/msem.

thursday dunk session should be really good is my prediction.

the 2nd set from sunday, 295 x 8 msem.. finally got it uploaded, worse quality so that it only rendered in 3 hours instead of 10 ahahaah.
