bw = 152
aches/injuries = left glute strain
diet = protein/water, protein/water, chicken & steak fajitas, workout{JR=7x1000}, protein/water, 2*protein/water + ensure-like drink

7x1000 jump rope was good, 1st/3rd/4th sets were good, pretty much non stop rope turns.. 2nd set was tough, cramped up bad.. glad i got it to go away though..

hopefully glute is alot better tomorrow so i can dunk/squat

That black guy with yellow shoes and black&yellow shorts standing idle there looked like Eric Snow. Never knew you play NBA players over there.

hah ya he does.. we have more nfl guys hooping at courts down here than nba.. lots of pro football players live around 15-20 minutes from me, lots of miami dolphins guys.. so occasionally you see them at parks.

pC

thats pretty fye, but that definitely isn't eric snow because that man is FAT now.

I met him at a tournement last year. GOD, he got out of shape FAST.

lmao.. yup, hardly any white people on bball courts round here... most of them sneak off to the real shitty secluded courts lol

Have you found out why? I mean, what do you do wrong vs LR?

just would need to practice it a ton.. it's more of a movement issue, runup sucks, ability to produce force in that movement sucks etc.. i mean i can prolly get 32" or something with a week or so of training it but to really get some huge gains id have to practice it a ton... with right knee bugging lately, definitely not an option.

pc man

bw = 150
soreness = calves
aches/injuries = calves, right knee
diet = protein/water, protein/water, philly cheesesteaks + diet soda, workout#1{JR=4x400 SS half-squat=135x10/225x10/245x10/265x10, JR=200(cramp) SS half-squat=225x10, quick-lunges=4x20 SS half-squat=135x10, quick-lunges=3x30 SS half-squat=135x10, JR=~4x200}, 2*protein/water-drink, beef hotdog on wheat bread + 1 mango + some olive oil to
dip hotdog in, "knee stretching" = prolonged sitting on heels (pillows assisting) to help stretch out my quads/knee a bit (last set had a scary feeling tho eeheh)
