Haha man I feel great for you, seriously, but honestly, it's just a first step. Now that you actually KNOW you can do it, the sky's the limit.

Finally got my first dunk on 10 feet! 4 years of hard work, dedication and commitment finally paid off on this day. Thanks to everyone on here who helped me before, especially Lance and adarq.

sick man..people on this forum continue to work, you're a great example of that..4 years of hard work and it's paying off.. i agree with Raptor, you have alot left in you.. it's interesting, once you get that confidence from the first one, everything feels different.

really appreciate all the hard work you put in man.

jump looks strong..

reminds me of my first dunk, looked very similar to that but i had an even weaker runup and i use a regulation ball that was easier to palm, some synthetic indoor ball.. lmao

peace man

WOW good shit man!  I'm jealous.  Hopefully I get my first dunk soon ahhaha.  But seriously, good stuff and keep up the hard work.  You probably have plenty of inches still to gain
Goal is to dunk.

Vertical needed to dunk: 40"

Current vertical : 38.5"

Thanks man, that means a lot to me, your videos are my motivation to dunk. This forum is a huge part of my success, I came here 2 years ago, only able to grab the rim. I kept seeking advice from you and Lance on IRC regularly. You made me knew that this was gonna be a long, tough journey. I had a lot of doubts in myself, but I just kept working, sticking to the workouts and believing in it. Now, it all paid off. :ibjumping:

Our goal is to dunk, jump higher, more power and speed, become more explosive, a better overall athlete, sound nutrition and self discipline. Get bigger, stronger and ripped. The hard work, sacrifice, consistency, dedication, focus and passion is all in the videos. That's all about us. We never EVER give up. When we fail, we get up and put this shit together. That's what makes us stronger. We never quit. We set PR's. We must reach our dream, this is a journey, ain't gonna be pussies and quit halfway, we man up and get the f up. That's what success is all about.

Lol, I'm not sure of his question too. So assumed it was my height. 4 years ago, I was only tipping the backboard of this rim.(note: this backboard is lower)

means alot to me + this forum, equally :)

about my vids being motivation: i somewhat knew that as i was making them.. but i never really fully understood it until i took my big break.. means alot to me that those videos were/are able to inspire you.. also means i need to get back on track and try to top them :F .. so ya i really appreciate that, makes me feel good that those vids have had a positive impact.

realizing it is going to be a long/tough journey is probably the most important thing.. people who dream of improving athletic performance yet are unable to grasp that simple concept, will burn out, quit far too soon, and never achieve anything worthwhile..

we all doubt ourselves.. i do more so than i let on.. but i try to remember that i doubted myself when i hit the weightroom (backyard) and start training.. it's easy to doubt ourselves when we're just relaxing/not training.. but once we start training, if that doubt turns to motivation/challenge, then that's a positive response... so good job with overcoming that thus far.

next step mid forearm?

:)
