i did these in romaleos too (elevated heel). i'd say if I focused on deads in a couple months i'd be good for 600 conventional (barefoot)

broad jumps onto 1 m platform 5x3
i set a pr on one by about an inch. They were all pretty decent


On the whole disappointing day though. I never like to miss a lift

Thanks man. I was really pissed about the squat so I wanted to do something.

Been on a week long vacation. Have access to a really nice gym--pretty hardcore powerlifting, dungeon-like place.

Monday I squatted up to 180kg, powercleaned 100kg easy. Did some full cleans up to 100kg
Tuesday, full cleans up to 100kg, push press up to 80kgx3. Strict press 65kg 5x5, pullups 5sets of 8
Today: snatch grip deadlift in oly shoes up to 405x1, pullups 5 sets of 8. hang cleans a bunch of sets at 60 and 70 kg, just technique work
