Freaky muscle killing wednesday

So its been a while since Ive done many kipping pull ups. So to remedy that...

Emom 5 burpees

Had a good feeling before start. Quickly found out that 5 burpees emom kills the shoulders. Only got to the deadlifts and didnt quite do that many.

After did my strength work.

Try any of the Open workouts yet?  They looked pretty rough this year.

Tuesday
1 mile run, xfit
Wednesday
1 mile run, bodyweight day
Thursday
.5 mile run, db/machines
Friday
1 mile run, xfit
Saturday
1 mile run, bodyweight day.

Long break due to an exam and some tendinitis. Back to training a little again. Trying too regain strength and whatever shape I was in.
