I request that you return to your original journal. Even when targets kinda shift ( although they actually don't ) , i think it is much better all documented in one journal.
You could edit your first post, make a nice bookmark list with links for each phase ( instead of new journals ) and keep a unique journal with all training phases.
Just a personal preference and opinion though, feel free to open 9354684427 journals if you feel better with it.

Stick with the same journal! Just make a big bold post in the middle of it when your goals change or something. I'm guilty of making multiple journals in the past on this site... but in my latest one, at some point I was going to make a new journal, but the members here convinced me not to. I'm glad I didn't now.

It'll be much easier to track your progress over a long time if it's all in the same journal.
