Played Wed at a local D2 school with some guys. Not bad. Legit rims and floor tho and sure enough...getting up pretty well. Quite happy. Did a chest and tri workout last night...so weak. But no game this weekend so im not worried about my jumper being screwed for a game. Going to go deadlift later then take the weekend car out on pumpgas and wastegate boost to run a buddies mildly modded 2014 Mustang GT and another friends 600whp nitrous LS3 2008 corvette. Going to get drug on the spray run but should be a good barometer of my car with me on low boost and the vette on motor.

Excited for shenanigans 😆

Deadlifts....at 180lbs BW. Ugh.

135 x8, 225 x4, 315 x1, 365 x1, 405 x1.  1st day of reset work. 405 wasnt bad but it wasnt easy like it has been.

Dropped to 365 for a 5x5. Good mix of struggle/speed lol

Little bit of assistance work.

Squatted today for Murica. Lol

BW at 179.5lbs.

135 x10, 225 x5, 315 x1, 365 x1, 385 x1. 385 popped. Very explosive!

315lbs 5x5.
135 x20 for speed.

Felt a little easier this go around. Nice.

BSS/box jump complex then some quad extensions and calf raises finishing with core. Not a bad workout. Felt good.

Rained out racing last night bah. Going to go turn the boost up on the car after an oil change and plug check. 20psi feels slow so well kick it up to 25 and tweak the ignition timing maps and see how that feels. End goal is 30+psig on pump gas.

Note 5 has no SD card. it was *SUPPOSED* to be set up to auto back up but apparently was not. Iade sure to rectify that on this phone. Sigh.

Squatted tonight, no accessory work due to time. Top single 395 and 5x5 at 315. felt strong. Super setted with box jumps.

Lost the brakes on the weekend car on the way home at the end of a 2-3-4 tuning pull...that was hairy lol! No brakes at ~140ish. Turns out I have a caliper leaking internally past the seal. Yay! New one on order.

That is sketchy. Hopefully nobody was around so you could just roll it out, or even better you were at the track?

What is your weekend car BTW?

This one is a Eagle Talon TSi. I made 471awhp on the dyno with it turned down last weekend. Should make around 7-750 on kill.

Squats last night at 176.5lbs BW. eek.

135 x8, 225 x4, 315 x1, 365 x1, 395 x1.
325 5x5 plus box jump complex.
135 x20.

Assistance stuffs. Box jumps. Core. ughh.

Havent had more than 4 hours of sleep a night for 2 weeks now. Not sure how im still going tbh.

Game got cancelled Sunday. I was already there so i dunked some with some guys. Caught a nasty reverse off the glass and one of the refs/director's of the league got on the mic and was like...heyyy that boy has too much bounce. Like he has more bounce. Thats his new name...put it on his jersey, "more bounce". Guess I have a nickname lol

Going to miss next weeks game due to vacation so time to go hard for 2 weeks. Vacation will suck anyways. Big house on the beach and its just me now. Yay.

Found some issues with the car and brought her back out to the gym tonight on 35ish psi. :) Shes about tapped out on pump gas. Have a fun run maybe tomorrow with a 650whp procharged c5 z06. Damn vettes lol

Deadlifted tonight at 178lbs BW.

135 x8, 225 x4, 315 x1, 405 x1, 445 x1. Form better on the 445.

Meant to load up 395 again...fucked up and realized i loaded 405 after set 1 lol so

405 for 5x5 with a box jump complex. Very nice!

BSS, seated calf raise, ham and glute stuffs for assistance.

I guess i leave for the beach tomorrow afternoon after the car show. i kind of want to head to Orlando and see some friends. If so...Im going to TRY and hook up with tha steven celi or Riviera kid from YouTube that are always dunking at UCF and stuff. Im messaging them in a min. might push me to new heights. would be a great time regardless
