It's just a matter of principle really. You're giving yourself misleading results by reporting an unreasonable number of significant figures. Sure, they're very minor, but even with the most sophisticated techniques, you can never really be more accurate than two sig figs with body composition.

Also, I think you mean 'lean body mass' when you say 'muscle weight'. No one has 87.5% of their body weight as muscle.

On 9 Jan 2013 I plucked my left lower wisdom tooth out, was so painful I didn't measure my stats, didn't do anything for the day, and not even eat much for 3 days, no sports till now. Still hurting now, but has recovered enough since yesterday for me to sport. Next appointment for my right wisdom tooth is on 19 Feb 2013, 3 weeks away, not much time, so'll not diet till I recover from that session as well.

There's a change in my school plans. I'll graduate in this semester and with too many subjects, so will be putting this diet on hold till I finish this semester.

Graduated around July. Nice, no more going to school anymore. As for the diet, I don't've a maid anymore, so is tougher to cook according to my diet. So, I'm thinking, I'd rather hire a pro to teach me the 100% sure way to get ripped later, instead of keep trying different ways and cooking the food everyday myself and failing, a waste of time. As for gym, I'll put it on hold. Been tired recently for not sleeping well consecutively on and off. I'm still playing ball about everyday for ~1 hour.

Btw, I've measured my height on Oct 2013, it seems I've grown 7cm, ie 2.8", used to be 166cm, now it's 173cm, being 25 this year, it seems ppl do still grow after 21 if I'm correct.
