I was doing some full court shots for like 10 minutes straight before benching. I think it really fired up my muscles because the weight felt VERY light!

I will do this more often for sure. Also glad i weighed 193lbs today... and if I had stuck with the plan of 215x4, I definitely would have hit it.

hit a PR of 205x8 on the bench today! now i dont care if my weight is still not under 193 since im increasing my strength  :)

its just a different form of progress

update


im like 197lbs again... oh well... but i bench 215x5 again. actually ALMOST got a new all-time PR of 215x6. if form was better i woulda had it. this means my relative strength got better... last time I did 215x5 I was 200lbs.

tomorrow night im flying to los angeles. after that, i'm coming back full beast mode.


squat is still 305x5, same with deadlift.
