WTF is going on? How did I go back up to 194lbs? I don't get it. First of all I'm underestimating my BMR. It's actually about 2150cal a day. On top of that the thermic effect of food... I'm only counting it as 6-10% of my calories when it's closer to 15%. Not only that, but I burn about 110cal per mile walked, not 100. I just don't get it. I always try to overestimate how much I eat, too.

Anyway, I'm not THAT mad considering that I gained a bit of strength. No point in really being mad about gaining a single pound when I gain strength to go along with it. But still, wtf? I guess that thing will happen again where out of nowhere I just drop 3lbs and look great.

On another note, played 4 long full court intense basketball games. In one of them I crossed up this guy so bad he fell... I mean he SLAMMED onto the floor. I blew by him and didn't even know he fell until I realized everyone was screaming. I go downstairs 2 hours later to go home, and I see the security looking at us play from the cameras. They said they kept re-winding the crossover for like 5 minutes straight lol. He wouldn't rewind it for me though.

That was the third time in my life i made someone fall. Funny because when I did it for the first time, I didn't know he fell either until everyone screamed. I crossed this guy up and then pulled back and hit a jumper. Everyone screamed, I was thinking "it's just a crossover relax..." then I look down and see the kid at my feet.

2nd time, i knew he fell but nobody cared at all. Nobody even made a comment, which is what I prefer. It's not a big deal to fall imo unless you're playing streetball.

STILL 193LBS?! Drank a lotttt of water throughout the workout and I was 195 by the time I did chin ups.

Really though. I know my weight fluctuates, but at the start of this damn log I was 193lbs. That was 15 days ago. I've been cutting at -700/day since then. That should put me at 190lbs. And guess what? If my weight fluctuates... it should fluctuate from 188 to 192lbs or something by now. Or maybe I was fluctuating from 193-197lbs before this log and just didn't know it?

I'm giving it the rest of this week before I start cutting at -900/day.

Hypothesis: My really high caloric intake the past few days (but still at a 700 deficit) made me put on a lot of water weight?


On the plus side, my bench increased by a tiny bit. So I DID make progress today... but i'm just fed up with my non-weight loss. Hopefully I drop 3lbs outta nowhere again like it always happens. My weightloss is never linear... I'll be bouncing from 195-197 and outta nowhere i'll be bouncing between 192-194.

What a straight up awesome day. I lifted at my uni's gym instead of the regular gym I go to. Maybe the change in environment had something to do with my awesome day? Maybe my extremely high fiber diet yesterday had something to do with it? Maybe it was the fact that I trained 100% fasted today? I have no clue.

In addition, I looked pretty damn lean today. I'd like to say I was probably 191lbs today, but it's probably because I was fasted.
