ah, i see. i have a friend that plays thats similar but isnt into dunking. hes a natural right hander and he shoots with his right hand but for everything else he prefers his left hand. hes pretty even on both RL and LR jumps, but he gets up higher on layups with his left hand off his right leg

good things come to those who wait,
this days workout was very good, listened to some motivational music, and went hard in the gym (chest sh tri)
1rm chest was 215, increased by 5 very nice :)

played bball, insanely hot and humid, got tired easily, then after playing tried dunking, was ok even though legs are still sore
even had the courage to try dunking 1 foot style, got it, guess il be practicing that too,

back bis today, was good
added listening to workout music to my routine, motivates me

back and bis day is sort of a light day for me, dont hit them super hard coz i already hit them  hard on leg day with rdl and dl

all workouts going fine

did some dunking yesterday but felt my knees werent there as well as my ankles

dunno if munching peanuts had something to do with it, but been eating tons of peanuts lately as snacks (around a week straight)

also i hopped on to intermittent fasting again to cut down a little weight, been thinking of going down to 179 lbs, but seems like its really a grind from my weight to that weight coz been losing below a pound a week

around 500-700 caloric deficit then playing bball 4x a week for cardio
added 10 mins jogging, every workout (think its also the culprit for the knees and ankle tightness)
* maybe i need some rest

im thinking either knees & ankles are tired or maybe body havent adjusted on intermittent fasting since its been 4 days only on it
just gonna keep on pushing :)

not feeling well today, a bit sick
was in the gym earlier than usual coz i have things to do in the afternoon\
im on IF so instead of being able to train with food on my stomach, trained fasted coz of change in schedule
that was a bad idea

sick + fasted training + heavy weights = bad workout

finished 4x5 275 squats
but after that felt i had nothing in me (also had a bad back today)
supposed to do 4x5 305 DL was only able to do 3x4
then just did 2 plyo workouts coz il be doing a lot of walking later this day

oh well, gotta make up for that next training  :(

almost done with my whole program, i think il re adjust it after finishing it, its been 4 months of doing almost the same routine

did play ball yesterday, after did some dunks
im cutting and i think its been a factor why my legs dont recover fast enough

really stupid of me for thinking i could finish same routine with higher volume on a cut

now its taking a toll on me, last 2 weeks of training and i cut down sets on plyo and cut down 1 rep on DL
feels like i have nothing left in the tank

anyway at least il be leaner after this, lesson learned!
