running VJ / VJ / walking VJ. Yes, the first one is how I do a running VJ, I cant run longer because I cant absorb all that momentum, but Im working on that. Before the final steps used to be more explosive but right now I cant absorb that momentum right now, but Im working on that with the mobility stuff.

cool man, is it easy to render the vids, take them off cam?

definitely need to improve FA bigtime, but you will, just stay consistent and get those jumps/reactive sessions in. The jumps themselves look good, everything now is explosive/relative strength improvement/force absorption.

peace!

Warmup
Pogo jumps 2x8
Mr tuck jumps 2x8

I went submaximal on the pogo and mr tucks since I was feeling my legs a little fatigated

Squats
70kg x8
75kg x8
75kg x8

Wasnt that hard, I didnt strain on the last reps, it was more tiring than hard.

Next session is ADA/jumps and then 1 volume session (ill go for 80kg 3x8) and then 2 strenghts sessions.

I just heard that a section of a avenue that is being build in my city to the side of the sea has 4 BASKETBALL COURTS, the problem is that is still close until the work is done but im gonna check this weekend, I hope this retards dont make them with 8' or 12' rims.

nice man, sounds like 80kg @ 3x8 will be the first hard volume workout.. and yup, it is tiring, but the TUT is important.

Nov 19, 2010: no ADA or jumps, I got out from work and then it started to rain and snowing. After a week of sunny days.

Nov 20, 2010: same, but this time it was pouring with lots of wind.

Every place was full of people playing football (soccer). So piss off

pogo jump 2 x 8
mr tuck jump 2 x 8

ADAs 36" x 3 reps ... Dont know how many sets. I didnt count them, but I stopped when I started to feel tired.

got some good work in regardless..

maybe next time try rotating it..

C1: MR tuck jump x 8
C1: MR pogo jump x 5
C1: 36" ADA x 3

just a thought, it's nice to rotate.. can get in more of a variety of work, and the drops will help stim the tucks/pogos nicely.

peace man

Agree, dont know why I didnt do that. For the next time Ill do it

C1: MR pogo jump 2x5
C2: MR tuck jump 2x5

Breaking parallel Squat

80kg x 8 <--- light but tiring at the end.
80kg x 8 <-- focoussed on going parallel most of the reps and taking 1-2 secs rest between reps, it was easier than last set,  hams got very tired at the end. (going for the last set now, Im writing between rests, Im very tired now).
80kg x8 <--- weight was light again, but I was just too tired... I thoght on quitting after the 6th rep, but I thought to my self (STOP BEING A PUSSY), I could had done 10, very strained, but I could had done them.

shower
protein shake (first portion of the new can that I bought today, this time is chocolate flavored), so R.I.P. ultimate nutrition whey supreme delicious strawberry, you were cool.

Its weird how a volume session compares to a non volume session. On a volume session I get more tired/exhausted, but on a session of heavier weight and less reps I just get to a point were there bar gets harder to move but I dont end up so tired.
