bit late here but BSS and natural GHRs are great leg exercises that require minimal equipment.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

long time no journalling..training/life very disorganised and patchy. SI issues ongoing...i hate going to the gym...to do essentially rehab stuff. i just wanna start some solid LP with the big compounds but my back just says no at the moment.

not sure where i'm going with training at the moment. I need to formulate some goals and come up with a plan. I do want to get back into oly lifting but atm just overall strength/hypertrophy is my focus....my squat always majorly held my oly lifts back anyway so no1 is to get that sorted.

hmm...next time i post i will have come up with some ideas. for now im gonna just keep going through the motions till my life enters a bit more routine in a few weeks though!

Yeah lol, it's like a 30 Min walk so I was just loading up backpacks and carrying my essentials back and forth, super hot weather here too recently (for UK standards) so was pretty grim haha.

Plus side tho, I now live like 5-10min walk from the gym!

2days ago - walked like 21km and are hardly anything so didn't expect to be strong yesterday

Yesterday

Chins 10, 10, 9
dB row 34kg 2x10 + amrap (between 15 and 20)
Cable row 1 arm 20kg X 15
Face pull 15kg 3 X 15
Curl 40kg X 9 (glute cramp lol), 35kg X 10, 30kg X 12
Straight arm pull down 30kg 2 X 15

Landmine Squat 40kg (+bar) 5 X 5 these are so much harder than they look
RDL 60kg 4 X 8
SL Leg press 60kg 3 X 12
Hyperextension w/ glute focus 3 X 12
Some ab activation stuff

Chins bw X 10, 20kg X 5, 10kg X 7
Dips bw X 10, 30kg X 8, 15kg X 10
Db row 34kg 3 X 10
Inc db bp 24kg 3 X 10
Curls 20kg X 8 16kg X 12
Tri straight bar pushdown 50kg 2 X 12

Although I prefer chest/shoulder/Tri + back/bi split switching back to hitting all of upper body at once. Gives me a chance at triggering growth twice a week instead of maybe once every 8 days or so as life is going to get busier again now.

life got too busy

been slowly rehabbing SI joint

still been training somewhat semi consistently but no progress made in a long time

BB Lung 40kg 3 x 10
DB SLDL 24kgs 3 x 10

quick session as gym was closing.

goals for now - short and simple

Squat 100kg 5 x 5 by christmas
Power clean 100kg easily again
Run 5ks in 25m
Chins 20kg x 5
Dips 30kg x 10
