I also squat very deep which may have something to do with it? Although i find squatting deep easier than squatting paralell.

been lazy...

so had some progress(or regress) checks...

Wasit 34.5in - FAT
Weight 13st 2lb - FAT
Thigh 21in - Skinny

time to get back on it.

By January the 31st, 2012

Waist - 33in
Weight - 13st 4lb
Thigh - 22in

By Febuary the 29th, 2012

Waist - 32in
Weight - 13st 6lb
Thigh - 24in

short term goals.

Febuarys are loftier because I have exams through january so less time...

are these reasonalbe?

Can i achieve them by doing something like a 4 day split

Mon - Chest/shoulder/tri
Wed - Legs
Thur - Back/bi
Sat - Legs

+ running in the mornings 3-4x a week?

Damn, pretty sad to find my journal in The Journal Graveyard, although let it be known I only quit my journal, not training.

Had some injuries, was busy getting into med school, and took time off basketball, so sorta got a bit casual however, im now playing basketball recretionally again, and trying to get STRONG AS FUQ on the side, while keeping up with my studies and crap.

Recently hit a

220kg deadlift (5PLATES WOP)       -------------- 2.65x BODYWEIGHT!!  :personal-record: :D
180KG X 7 (immediately after)

also finally hit 3 plates with squats with 140 x 2, altho my hip flexor is screwed again.

May start a new journal on this site, looking to run 5/3/1 get crazy strong and maybe compete in some powerlifting meets sometime in the future!

Welcome back!

I can move this to the main journal section if you'd like to continue using this thread.

Hmm, I think I'll start a new one when I start running 5/3/1 once I'm settled in at my new gym and stuff in the next couple of weeks.

Thanks anyway though!
