Hey man.  Have you had any fights yet?  Or full speed sparring sessions?  Just curious cause most of the issues I've seen in your vids well be corrected quickly once you get popped in the mouth a few times.  One thing that helped me with my standup was to remember that the power in your hands comes from the "snap".  Think of a bull whip, try to touch the bag for the least amount of time possible.  This will give you additional snap and help to get your hands back after you throw a punch. 

Do you have a trainer or are you just trying to figure it out?  I would seriously consider getting a trainer if you don't have one.  Definitely worth it. 

One more things, on your kicks.  You make good contact with your shins, but make sure that your roll your hips over as you make contact.  That's where your power comes from.  And practice keeping at least one hand up during your kicks.  I like to keep my opposite hand up and swing my other arm for additional power. 

Also, the Superman punch is set up by a rear leg kick.  Practice throwing 2 or 3 kicks, then throw a superman instead of a kick after you pick up your leg.  Try to rehearse combos by imagining what your opponent will do, like jab-jab-faint-right hook to the body.  Those types of things will be more beneficial than circling the bag and kicking and punching randomly.

I do have an instructor, MMA and MT at the classes I used to go to before I fucked up my hip flexor. My striking has improved drastically from the last time I taped myself.

I suggest only counting protein from meat/poultry/fish/eggs/supplement.
