balls of feet are bugging me... especially the left foot. the pain started on friday (worst day) and was exacerbated by walking in poor shoes... I then walked 17+ miles on saturday which wasn't the best idea but it should be okay. i will not jog/sprint/jump until im good. fasfasfasflkj.

terrible sleep this week... 2 nights with less than 3 hours blah.

i didn't lift yesterday and i won't lift today due to the lack of sleep and serious fatigue. the fatigue is taking a toll on my voice as well, i have to be extremely cautious here.

working on "Ol' Man River" - Frank Sinatra's version and Without U - Corbin aka Spooky Black aka Lil' Spook, the goat.

side of lower left leg felt weird, like a sharp pain on the stiff leg jumps

p - 40
v - 20: warmup, 20: diction (old man river), 20: old man river

my voice has improved so much in the past six weeks, it's incredible. it is so effortless at this point... my range is currently F2 (fry) - G5 (falsetto). I am having some issues hitting F4+ in my head voice; it's as if I hit a ceiling despite being able to hit an octave higher in falsetto, i need to work on 'turning the larynx'.

later...

BW DIPS - 1 x 15
BW NEUTRAL PULLUPS - 1 x 10

I have been practicing voice everyday still, but I haven't been always getting in 60 minutes. I try not to practice in my apartment so that I do not disturb my neighbors. I do a 20min warm-up in the car each morning and then do the rest later in music rooms.

I haven't been playing piano at all (other than on my laptop for voice practice) since I do not yet have reliable keyboard access. The place I was staying at over the summer had a bunch of music practice rooms. I have practice room access atm but it's a 20 minute walk and I may not always be able to find an open room. I am going to get a MIDI keyboard controller soon, probably 49 keys.
