Had lots of DOMS in hamstrings especially distal end the last 3 days so didnt do much except light hamstring stretching and some partial 1-legged squats. Had an intramural bball game tonight and was getting up real good. had one huge 2 handed rebound where i got up high as fuck, took me much longer than usual to come back down it seemed like. We won by 15-20, i had 9 points on 3 3s, only took 6 shots overall, went beast mode on the rebounds probs 10ish, and had 2 blocks. we ended the season 3-2 and missed the playoffs. 2 hours before the game I did:

3x3-275- good bar speed

thats it.
gonna ice the knee good tonight and tomorrow, its been holding up well during the games, no pain at all tonight, prob why i was getting up so well. I estimate I was consistently getting 32+ inches on max jumps, maybe 35ish on the highest one.

pin 10 is half? i'd imagine it would be more like quarter but of course the rack could be different. regardless, nice volume on that set, beastin

gotta keep that head relaxed though, sounds like you were really strining for the neck to tighten up.

Well, pin 10 might not be half, maybe more like 2/5ths haha, but definitely below 1/4 just not parallel. But yeah my neck started tightening on that set and then i fucked my neck up even more eating shit on my roommates indo board. I was going to train yesterday or today but my neck is really tight and achey right now. succkkss
