I've got a follow up with an elbow specialist tomorrow regarding surgery or not...if i need surgery I've been considering the following, and i would love to hear anybody's input (say recovery is 1 month in a cast, i would more than likely get my surgery during my spring break which is march 17-21):

- follow my 5/3/1 schedule as normal, recover, jump back in where I started in 5/3/1 (intervals on the elliptical during rehab to keep my sanity)
- follow 5/3/1 schedule as normal, recover, start something else or a cycle or two or three back
- drop 5/3/1 right now, beat the everloving piss out of myself for the next month, have some sort of delayed supercomensation/delayed transformation, continue on with 5/3/1 a cycle or two back

I think I'm leaning towards either 3 or 4, more towards 4. It would be hard to get back on track after taking a month off from lifting. I'll try to think of some sort of split in the meantime, as well as hear out whatever everyone has to offer. That is of course, if I do need to get the surgery soon.
