Yeah for some people it works, for some it doesn't, depending on what nutritional habits you have.  Some people take enough creatine from nutrition and don't need "supplementation".

I've taken it, haven't felt anything. How much do you take per day?

I take 5g daily. You would need to eat 2.5 lbs of meat a day to get that much creatine.

Hm... well, I have some creatine left. But it would fight with my quest to lose weight, right now.

WOW MIC, cant believe i meet u here, i just started a conservation with u last week. without knowing u logged on toe adarq.org

I am surprised only squat is discussed here.
I actually watched the Chinese video by Tropc.. and he uses 5 shoes as 5 training Key to jumping.

1. Full Squat
2. Half Squat
3. Dead Lift
4. Upperbody
5. Core

Mix and match the above according to your own need. as suggested by Tropc.

however, what about any Explosive lift? like Power Clean, High Pull, Hang Clean etc.

(at a personal level, i had seen many vert trainer started learning Olifting for vert development.  some even got so good that they decide to becomes certified lifting coach.  YET I had NEVER seen a Trainer with Improved Vert due to Olifting. {Myself included}  Probably because Olifting is like the LAST thing they try to improve Vert from a already good squating base).

Just wondering what every one thinks.
