Hey mate,

Not sure if you're still doing it or not, but I noticed a fair bit of treadmill work there. Probably not the best idea. I can see why you'd do that to lower your BFP, but you might like to swap it for some HIIT instead. Get your back squat weight up and cut a little bit of fat off and you'll be doing great.

Keep it up!  :ibsquatting:
RVJ: 32", only 18" to go!
RVJ: 35", only 15" to go!

Probably shit haha. I just muscle it up. Anything under 80kg flys up to my neck. If i had better form i could probs get 100kg+ because i know i'm capable of deadlifting 200kg+

Yeah ok when the gym is emptyish i will.

Squat-

60x3
82.5x3
92.5x3
102.5x3
112.5x2 motherfuker only constellation was that these were deep.
squats were just shit coz people were waiting for the squat rack so i felt like i didn't have the luxury of having much rest time. as you guys all know theres' nothing more frustrating than waiting for a piece of equipment when the person using it is taking long ass fkn rest breaks and shit so yeh i rushed myself. than when i only got 2 reps out on 112.5 i decided going against trying for 122.5. last week when i done 120 it was a real grind so i wreckon 120 is like my max atm.

Deadlift-

60x3
100x3
140x3
170x3
190x1 easy

Played basketball for 3 hours. I couldn't jump good today. I think it was because of a mix of weights and gaining weight. My bodyweight has gone up to 80kg but it's probably just water weight. I got a few good flush dunks on the 9'8 ring but generally it felt like i was getting an inch or 2 lower than usual. I went to these other courts with 9'4 rings and i was getting double handed dunks and right foot take off jumps easy. The thing that holds me back from jumping more is i always take off with my left foot. so after 30+ jumps my left ankle always starts getting sore and i can't jump as high anymore. I also noticed if i jump from a bit further away from the ring than i need less vert to actually slam because i'm going more horizontal. obviously getting a high vertical is key but if you can be efficient and find ways to maximize the height that you are getting than why not ay.

I still don't get how you can have SUCH a big difference between your deadlift and your squat. You deadlift more than me and yet squat a lot less than me. WTF? Sure, structural differences but your quads must really suck vs. your posterior chain.

It looks like a powersnatch with a powerclean grip to me... no second pull whatsoever.

You just grab the bar and throw it up. At least this is what I see.

Isn't that what a powerclean is?
