Excellent! You are making great progress! How often do you train per week?

Thank you. I train 3-4x a week. I wish I could make it everyday, but I live about 30 minutes away and have basketball commitments.

Nothing too much to update. No PRs in the classic lifts since beginning of month. The training system is beginning to catch up and is tearing me apart. I have had 10 sessions a week for the past 2 weeks. Front squat has improved to 107 kg. Split jerk needs more consistency.

Just keep up with the frequency, PRs will be coming again once you had some time to get used to the training. Do they have you back-squat at all?

No back squats. I miss them. Only time anybody is allowed to back squat is when a lifter has a hand or wrist injury.

First PRs in a while last night. 2 PRs in the C+J, 81, 82:

Month 1, Week 1
Week of 10/1 - 10/6

This is my first week of training since the end of August. I am no longer training at Podium Gold WL club. I will be self-coached. I have learned a tremendous amount from the greatest coach and teacher of weightlifting, Ivan Abadjiev. I spoke with him everyday for the past couple of months while I trained under him. I feel confident that I can make the same progress if not better while progress while coaching myself.

For the next couple of months, until the beginning of 2013 I will be training MWF. My main focus during this period will be to gain strength and improve technique and consistency.

If anybody has any questions feel free to ask.

Tues Nov. 20, 2012
Training is inconsistent because of basketball season. Haven't had the time to be able to practice the OLifts. All I am going to due from now until the end of basketball season is work on general strength; front squats, pulls, presses. At the end of basketball season I am thinking of resuming training at Podium Gold, not sure though.
