Comments:

Very weak bench as usual. 70 kg bar feels like a ton. Surprinsingly good high bar squatting, though - the lighter sets are ATG, narrow stance, and give me a very good "muscle connection" feeling. Much better than low bar which feels like a gimmick to lift more weight.

Comments:

Squat rack was occupied so I did the bench press first. Felt super weak - all the sets were very difficult. As soon as I pass 5 reps, regardless of weight, things start getting very difficult.

I then did high bar squats but they didn't feel that good with a heavy weight - I did only 4 reps on all my 6-rep planned sets.

A little bit better in the bench press but still weak. Very hot in the gym today and I felt overtrained/tired, hence the 10/10 exhaustion level.
