Gave the gym a miss this week. Low motivation. I did play basketball a couple of times at my local court but I didn't play any pick up I was just shooting and dribbling. Diet wise it's been okay. Not terrible but not healthy/strict either. Bodyweight is currently 92.1kg so I don't think I'll be sub 90kg by Christmas. I will try and motivate myself to go to the gym tomorrow and get myself out of this slump.
